Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remaining days.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan so you can experience all features. After the trial you choose the plan that fits. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial expires?
After your 30-day free trial, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Upgrade anytime to restore full access. Your data is kept safe for 90 days even if the account is inactive.
How do I pay? Do you accept UPI?
Yes! We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and all major debit/credit cards. After choosing a plan, WhatsApp us and we'll send you a payment link. GST invoice provided.
Is my data safe and private?
Absolutely. All data is stored securely on Google Firebase with automatic daily backups. Each company's data is completely isolated — no one else can access your business data.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation needed. Billsay runs entirely in your web browser. Works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. You can also add it to your phone's home screen for an app-like experience.
Can multiple staff members use the same account?
Yes. Pro plan supports up to 5 staff accounts, Enterprise supports unlimited. Each staff member gets their own login with customizable permissions. Free and Basic plans support 1 user.
