Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), which complies with industry-standard security practices. Data is stored in Google Cloud servers.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. These include order notifications for sellers, order status updates for customers, and promotional notifications from stores you have ordered from. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Firebase/Google: For data storage, authentication, and push notifications.
• Other users: Your store name and product listings are visible to other app users in the marketplace.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Billsay is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
